Are CEUs being offered?

Yes. Participants will receive AAA Continuing Education Units for the full day event.  You must complete a course evaluation at the end of the day to receive CEUs. Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the symposium.  This event is not registered through ASHA.  Participants can find instructions for submitting to ASHA here.

Will this be an in-person or virtual event?

This will be an in-person event.

Where and when is the Symposium being held?

Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 8:00am-5:00 pm at University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education. More information coming soon.

Are meals provided?

Yes, refreshments and lunch are included in the cost to attend.

I plan to stay overnight. Where should I stay?

A block of hotel rooms is being held at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center. Hotel rates range from $129 per night for a room with one king bed, to $179 per night for a room with two queen beds.
